Shen Kuo veya Shen Gua (1031–1095), geleneksel ismi; Cunzhong (存中) ve Mengqi (ya da Mengxi) Weng (夢溪翁),, birçok bilim dalında başarılı (polimat), Song Hanedanlığı (960-1279) döneminde yaşamış Çinli bilim insanı ve devlet adamı. Bilimin ve devlet idaresinin birçok alanında etkin olan Shen; bir matematikçi, astronom, meteorolog, jeolog, zoolog, botanikçi, farmakolog, ziraatçı, arkeolog, etnograf, haritacı, ansiklopedist, general, diplomat, hidrolik mühendisi, mucit, akademisyen, maliye bakanı, hükûmet devlet müfettişi, şair ve müzisyen idi.
